Find a min value and return date where it was found

Hi all!
Here I have a question for all excel genius. My table contains 3 rows and X columns. Top row is dated and the first column is filled with names of the shifts. The rest of the table contains only numbers.
So, I'd like to have a small table with 3 cells. Top cell has to find a minimum value, middle cell is looking for date where the minimum value has been found and the bottom cell gives me the name of the shift, where the minimum value is met.
However, to avoid misunderstandings, I Have attached a workbook with the example.Have a look at it. For you it is not a rocket science I believe.

B6 works fine. But B8 has to return the name of the shift whether is Day shift or Night shift.

OOOpsss! Even B6 doesn`t work! Minimum value can be anywhere in the table. My actual table is HUGE. This one is just an example. So B6 and B8 have to look up in ALL table, not one row.
