Message Box

Hi All,

Id like a message box to appear when I open my spreadsheet to say something like,

"The Target for 2010-2011 have changed, please refer to the guidance"

and no navogation within the spreadsheet can be done until the message has been accepted.

Can anyone give me some suggestions for the code/vba.
