Removing unwanted cell entries to produce a simple list

    Morning,

I have a query similar to the one that nidiser posted yesterday - http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...ml#post2310352

Whereas the proposed solution to nidiser’s problem involved manual removal of the BLANKS, I need that to be done automatically if possible, using a formula.

Please view the attached example. Column A shows the results of a logic test where candidate competencies that don’t meet the required standard returns the name of that particular competency. Competencies which do meet the standard (and therefore I’m uninterested in in terms of future training needs) returns a zero.

I would like a formula which takes the column A data and outputs it automatically as a simple list without the zeros (i.e. without the results I’m not interested in) as demonstrated in Column C. Can this be done?

    Thanks in advance
