I have match function that I cant seem to figure out. In the sheet attached on the agents tab in cell G3 I want to return the agent number if is on the data sheet. If is not on the data sheet then leave it blank.

You could use
=IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(F3,data!$B$3:$B$99,0)),VLOOKUP(F3,data!$B$3:$B$99,1,0),"")
but if truly only want the agent number (which is the same as in column G), then:
=IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(F3,data!$B$3:$B$99,0)),F3,"")
would do it.

Put this in G3 and then copy down:
=IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(F3,data!B:B,0)), F3, "")
