Bucketing Values

Hi all,

I have a cross section of values that can be anywhere between -30 and +30 in column M:M for example. These values represent years. I am looking to have a cell that N1 corresponding to the value in M1 that automatically buckets them into the following categories.

1 Year or Less
2 - 5 Years
6 - 10 Years
11 Years or more

If there a neater way to put a funtion in than just a string of IF(AND...?

Thanks SHG but I'm looking for each M:M cell to have it's own classification, for example:
Value Category
M1 +6 N1 6 - 10 Year
M2 -1 N2 <1
