Unable to accurately count PM's performed by Engineers.

I receive a custom form through outlook where field employees send me their daily itinerary. I copy and paste it into excel. It looks similar (names changed) to sheets 1 and 2 on the booklets. Much shorter versions of course. There is never a fixed amount of call ins either. Could be 5 per week, could be 11 per week. I want to count how many "PM"s they do per week. How can I pull this off? Couldn't figure out how to use count if, because the table will be different every week. Is there a conditional countif?

    Thank you!
