Is there a quick way to seperate first and last names which are in the same cell..... they are also in CAPITALS and I would like to put them into Upper and Lower casing

To separate out words, try the Data > Text To Columns wizard.
To change the actual values in the cells from all uppercase to PROPER() case would require:
1) A formula in another cell to give the answer in the new cell: =PROPER(A1)
2) VBA to change the original cells directly
