Count "Draw" scenario?

Hi,

Attached is a sample of my working excel.
I'm trying to count the number of Draws that that "England" played.

I used =IF(AND(Fixtures!A1:A5<>0,Fixtures!D1:D5<>0),COUNT(Fixtures!B1:B5="Apple")+COUNT(Fixtures!C1:C5="Apple")) but keep getting the error "FALSE".

How do I make it count properly?
