Excel 2008 : IF is error

Hi,
this is my first post on this forum

I have a spreadsheet in which "ifiserror" has automatically entered in the cells where there are no formulas and I also hardcode numbers only.

Last time it happened, I manually removed If iserror function from every cell. But there are a lot of cells in this sheet and i cant remove it again.

Can anybody please help as this problem makes my sheet very heavy

Press Control+C

Click the arrow next to "Paste Options", and then click "Values Only".
