A problem in which I cannot figure out!!!

    Hows it going,
What I have been trying to do is link a full number from one cell to another cell with more numbers in it , but there is more numbers in this cell than the first one. So for example I have to link cell b1 that contains 12345 with a cell somewhere in the cell grid d but there is more than 5 numbers in each cell eg 10. well I have to be able to find 12345 in grid d in one of the cells among the 10 numbers per cell. and then for the awkward bit beside cell b1 in cell c1 there is a word and that word has to come up in a seperate cell when 12345 in b1 is matched with the 12345 in grid d with the number from grid d beside it , I have probably confused many of you but is really hard to explain. so i have added an example on an excel sheet \1 This is exactly what i need to do if anyone could help me it would greatly appreciated
    thanks in advance
