looking up and returning data

Hi,

I am new here and looking for some help!

I have a spreadsheet for which I want to change two variables, "Test" and "Pass Grade", and it to provide me with a list of students that have achieved that.

As you will be able to see from the example, it current says "Test 3", but this will be changed via a drop down list to either Test 1, Test 2 etc... The pass grade may also change from time to time.

I want the first result to be listed in cell A14 as the "Reference" as I can vlookup to this for students name.
