looking up and returning data

I have attached an example that I think will achieve what you want. I have tweaked Advanced Filter after recording a macro (as your layout lent itself perfectly to Advanced Filter) so that the filtered data can be output to a different worksheet. You will note that the pass grade needs to be entered with <= preceding it.
