Flat File to Tabular Data Set Conversion

Hello to all,

Does anyone know how to convert a flat file into a tabular data set? In other words I am trying to separate data contained in the same row onto multiple rows so that I can categorize each line item separately for a pivot table. I know about the transpose feature but my file has thousands of lines.


Below is how my data is set up:

Name Client1 Client2 Client3
Jane 33% 33% 33%
John 33% 33% 33%
Joe 33% 33% 33%
Phil 33% 33% 33%



Below is what I am trying to accomplish:


Jane 33% Client1
Jane 33% Client2
Jane 33% Client3
John 33% Client1
John 33% Client2
John 33% Client3
Joe 33% Client1
Joe 33% Client2
Joe 33% Client3
Phil 33% Client1
Phil 33% Client2
Phil 33% Client3
