    Question Have excel create emails in outlook to send data

    Hello,

    I have a report that needs to be run daily. I have to then have to send an email to the individuals that are responsible for the areas that the report has flagged. There are 75 total possible people to send to, but not all get an email each day. Looking for a way to save some time.

    Is there a way I can correlate the location name to each person's email that is responsible for that location and the have excel create the outlook mail message and send that to each person.

    Any idea's would be greatly appreciated.

    This is a regular topic hereabouts and there are plenty of threads on the subject if you use the Advanced Search option and type in something like 'Send email' etc..

    For a more or less definitive source on the subject you could do little better than visit Ron de Bruin's website

    Been playing around with Ronde's stuff this morning and couldn't get it to do what I wanted, will play around with it for a couple days and do some more searching to see if I can get the answers I'm looking for.

    Hi,

    Alternatively upload an example of your workbook indicating what data you want to see included in the emails and any file attachment references and no doubt someone will be able to chip in with some specific suggestions.
