I'm new to the forum and not very experienced with excel. I have a spreadsheet that tracks days away/days home for employees. I need to keep track of the total number of each. I also need to find a way to have the total number of days home turn red if there is a period home that is longer than 25 days. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
I am having trouble uploading the file. It's a cell for each day of the year in a row for each person. blue cells are away days and green cells are home days. I will keep trying to upload it, but if you can steer me in any direction that would be extremely helpful!
