Expert please help this simple excel 2007 formulae

Hi Expert,

I had a question on how to set the below formulae in my excel 2007.

My company is having a policy for the staff. Each staff are required to deduct $200 dollars on their meal allowances since we got the canteen in our company.

If staff is working less than 25 days per month, we will deduct such meal allowance from him as it counted 25 days/per month, which 25*$8=$200.

I attached my presentation in excel workbook which i use a very simple formulae. I was wonder is it possible to put such a formulae "If....."
