    sorting a dropdown box

Is there a way to sort in ascending order a list of words in a dropdown box without sorting the source of the list? Our source is a list that is continually being added to which prevents us from sorting.

    Source List:
    clothes
    insurance
    grocerys
    gas
    entertainment

No. Either the original list must be sorted or you could create a duplicate list of linked cells, use it as the source and sort it, leaving the original untouched.
