    Merging Data/Formulas/Etc

    Hey guys -

My boss has been giving me this report to do each week and its becoming verrrrry tedious (attached).

If you look at "Annual Savings", the bold is what I have to do for each group (find the sum, % rate, average etc).

I have to do this for each group and then hide the rows that aren't in bold so I have a clean report.

Is there any tips/tricks that can make this go by faster by life is wasting away! AHHHH!

    bhparke,

enter the total formula row for each section, then use the Group - Auto Outline feature (Data - Group - Auto Outline) and collapse all the sections to retain the total rows.
