I have a problem in finding the highest value in a row, infact the question look like as below

I have a data from E10:L10, i have a data validation selection points like A,B,C,D

I have a ranking for these text A as 5, B as 4, C as 3 and D as 2

now i need to write a formula in a cell, based on the above range, if any cell contains highest alphabit, i need the above score to represent ... please help
