Help with simple XY Graph

Hi all,
I am trying to plot data on XY graph. I have a column that I want to be used as X axis and another column that I want to be used as Y-axis ( as mentioned in top row of the excel file).The third column has points that I wanted to be plotted on this XY plot and label these points.
Can anyone plz help me with this. Excel file is attached.
