Index Formula - adding a range condition

I have been working with the following formular

=INDEX(Driver!$C$2:$C$200,MATCH(1,INDEX((Driver!$D$2:$D$200=F2)*(Driver!$N$2:$N$200=D2),0),0))

However I wish to add an extra condition to it.

I would like to add to these two conditions so that the time in column G must be between or equal to the times on sheet 'Driver' colums F and H (Note the time in F will always be earlier than H)

Im not having much luck with this, any help would be really appreciated.
