    If statement using hh:mm format

I am creating a spreadsheet that can be used as a checklist for completing tasks on an hourly basis. Each hour the same tasks need to be completed in the same order. The basic layout of my sheet is attached.

Using the attached sheet there would be an if statement associated with "time completed by" column. My issue is getting the "tasks completed by" column in the same format as the "system time" value. I want to use the =hour(B27) command so the "task completed by" values update each hour when the "system time" changes each hour. I haven't been able to figure out how to do that.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thank you.

Re: If statement using hh:mm format

I think I solved my own problem using the =time() command. I was able to reference the system time and keep the correct format.
