    Transposing family tree horizontally

I have two columns, one of them contains inheritance level and the second children names.
How could I transpose it that near each child appear its parent?

For a reference attached a sample image.

    Formula in F2 copied down.

    =IF((MATCH(D2,$D$2:D2,0)-1)>0,INDEX($E$2:$E$10,MATCH(D2,$D$2:D2,0)-1,1),"")
    Cheers
