Excel 2007 : Please advice

Hi Sir,

My name is vikas verma from Patel Nager Delhi. i have good knowledge of MS-Excel now i want to go for Advance EXCEL With VBA, so i want to know that it's necessary to have VB knowledge before VBA. and also please suggest me any institute for learning VBA.
