need help with my report spreadsheet

Hi

I need help with my spreadsheet report. I was thinking on my spreadsheet report that it is possible to whatever i input on the "EMAIL DATA tab column "ClientName" will appear/reflect on the Activity by Client automatically and no duplication will do. and count it distinctly and show the percentage volume as well.
