    Hello alinagoo,
Can you not copy and paste the data into a separate workbook?

No copy paste is not possible because they have one to many relationship!
For example "package No. 1" comes in one row of first.xlsx but in second.xlsx "Package No.2" repeated in 5 rows.
    ?
    Please help me

    Re: Merge two files

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!

I must solve this problem by VBA(Something like Cartesian multiplication) however i have no enough time to do this right now!
    Thanks

Why must it be VBA? Formulaic or built-in feature solutions are almost always faster and more efficient, plus they have the added advantage of you being able to undo them if you need to.

    Which built in solution?
    Do you know any solution?
I don't think there is any solution! I think it must be customized bye VBA! A special program!
    Maybe!

    Thanks so

It depends on what you want to do, which is why an example workbook would help us so much. From what I understand so far, though, I don't know why copy/paste and then sort wouldn't work for you.
