COM Add-in Load Error

Hi all,

I have an add-in called DymoExcelAddin installed which does not load on start-up and give the following error under the Manage COM Add-ins menu.

"Load Behaviour: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM add-in."

Any ideas what the problem might be?

System is WinXP Pro SP3, Excel 2007, all Windows Updates installed, NET framework 3.5, user had local admin rights.

Mystery solved, Symantec Endpoint Protection was somehow affecting the installation of the add-ins. All working ok now.
