Excel 2007 : Conditional Formatting

Hi All,

I have two quick questions :

I have a group table of soccer teams that has been built to automatically fill based on the score of their matches.My question is I want the table to automatically sort the table so that it allways has the the team with most point on top and then sort itself in descending order. PLEASE HELP......

In another part of the same sheet I have listed all the matches, what I would like here is the team that wins, draws, or looses change their font color to a pretermined color..I have tried the conditional formatting but it only changes the fill color of the actual numberical score value and not the color of the team that won, drew, lost.
