Hi Guys
I am creating a spreadsheet to monitor educational needs with a group of people, but im finding i need to sort things based on where they operate etc.
ie i have 6 fields so far
Name | Unit | Clinical | Course 1 | Course 2 | Course 3 |
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Course one is applicable to people who are not clinical but not course 2 which is mandatory across the board.
The unit field is a drop down field as is the clinical (however clinical is 2 options where Unit is approx 12)
what i was wondering was how i would go about working out a percentage of people who have attended the education sessions based on either a % of the unit they work in or % of clinical and non clinical if its applicable
ive got a total number and total percentage happening which is really good but rather than having 2 sheets (one for clinical and one for non clinical) i was hoping to just have the one.
ive attached the spreadsheet so you can see what im aiming for
im thinking i need to do something like the following
=SUMPRODUCT(--COUNTIF(C3:C3000,YES)(D3:D2001>DATE(YEAR(TODAY())-1,MONTH(TODAY()),DAY(TODAY())))*1)/COUNTIF(C3:C2000,YES)
but really not sure as im only just learning how to use excel, also this needs to run on office 2k as thats all ive got.
Thanks heaps for the help people
Rey
