Charting data

Hello,

I have CVS text files with counters that I would like to create some type of "automated" process to import my data into excel, and pre-define graphs to read the data from the sheets and graph it..

How could I get excel to automatically "load" the data into its sheet, and then to point the graph to read from the columns?

I have not used excel much in the past for this type of purpose, any help would be greatly appreciated...

The files I want excel to read and import will be named (files attached for sample):

oppy1.txt
oppy2.txt

How could I accomplish this, is it possible with Excel?
