If formula not reporting desired solution

Hi,

My first post and not sure if it should be in this thread so apologies if it shouldn't

Can anyone help me out to make this work

=IF('Schedule 02'!$G$11<=2200,"10x4mm SEAL",IF('Schedule 02'!$G$11>=2201<=3000,"20x4mm SEAL","25x4mm SEAL"))

Schedule 02 - G11 is a dimension ranging from 1000 to 4000

I want the formula to pick up the length range greater than 2201 and less than and equal to 3000 but excel keeps changing it so it equal to or greater than 2201 and less than or equal to 3000

The cell in question is K4 on Info&Calcs tab
