    holiday planner- auto update

    Hi i Need some help.

    i have set up a calender to show me when staff take holidays each staff member has there own row.
    now i have also produced a form for that i can print out with there dates on... is there a way so that when i enter the date on the calender it also marks the day they are having off on there form..

    any help please

    To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

    If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

    Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!

    right then traffic office plan is the calender which i wanna show the days staff take holidays the other form is where i will input the dates but i want the calender to change its self cheers for any help

    Two separate workbooks will make this more difficult.Where will each individual workbook be?

    they will be a the companys hard drive in the same folder but as there are over two hundred staff just typing in the dates would save me loads of time or if i could do it the other way round where i indicate on the calender that they have a days holiday but then it shows on the form which ever is easier..
