Convert from Column to Table?

PLEASE HELP!! Is there any way to do this?

I need to convert data from a single column into a table. The column is thousands of cells long and contains product data. I have attached a small example and the example table I am looking for. Hope this is enough!

Each set of product data within the column ranges from 3 to 10 cells, and each cell must correspond with the other product data in the table - ie all product codes and price must be in the same column, even if they appear as cell 3 for one product and cell 10 for another.

The only thought I could come up with was to label all the product data with corresponding numbers...but I got stuck after that!

Are you importing this data from a database?
If yes, the fastest solution is to modify the original extraction query.
