    Smile Methods of user entry

    Hey everyone,

At the moment I have a drop down list where users can select a meal from a table and then a vlookup formula to find the calorie content.

This is time consuming as users have to scroll through tons of foods to find theirs, is there an easier method of having them input the food they have eaten and then excel to show the calories?

    Cheers,
    Adam

You could group them into type of food and use dependent data validation lists maybe.
