Rotate drawn objects together as a group

Lets say you have drawn a stick man in excel. Oval for a head and line segments for body, each of 2 arms, each of 2 legs.

Now you want to rotate him. Perhaps make him lie down.

You can select all six element and use the rotate/flip/etc commands, but each of the 5 line segments will rotate individually, as will the oval. This rather than the little guy rotating as an object.

Is there a way to group drawn objects so as to rotate the whole picture, as it were, rather than simply seeing each element of the picture pivot around individually?
