using left command, 3 spaces over

All:

Good morning..

I am using the following command
=LEFT(VLOOKUP(A6,info!$A$2:$O$217,14,0))

and the exported data that I paste into a worksheet (Tab) seems to have 3 spaces in the cell before it hits the word for the single character I want..

Is their a way to perform this
