    subtraction

    I am trying to figure out how many minutes an employee was late. however when i use a basic subtraction formula, and they are not scheduled to work, but work anyways the formula is adding those hours in a strange way and it shows they are late. when they work but are not scheduled those hours do not need to show as late hours.
