if formula results in #value

I need a formula that so that when J29 = 0, E116 = 0, E119:E25 >=40%, J47 = 0, K116 = 0, K119:125>=40% cell displays "Yes", otherwise display "No".

The formula needs too look at above mentioned cells for above mentioned requirements to determine whether the employee receives incentive pay.

Here is what i have i am getting #value error
