custom format for cell how

Hi

In our country we use custom format for number. We dont use thousand separator format. for example
in thousand format separator is as like below
123,456,789,000.00
But in our country we use as below.
12,345,67,89,000.00
How can I format cell for this type of separator. Is it possible?
