Restricting worksheet access to particular group

Hi,

we have a workbook with multiple worksheets on a sharepoint but we want to restrict access to a group to read only 1 worksheet in the workbook,but other group has unrestricted access and it should remain the same.

So is there anyway we can do in excel.

Thanks for the reply.your formula works fine but how can i see the coding and also how do other sample users access it as they don't have any username/passwd to see just the files they are eligible to see .
