How to delete defined names without breaking formulae?

Hi,

I need to delete all names in a worksheet but when i do this all formulas that refers to those names stop working. They show a #NAME error.

How do I unapply/substitute names with the corrisponding cell references before deleting the names ?

Are there any (other) solution ?

If your formulas refer to Named Ranges error will display if you delete or change the names. Why do you want to delete them?
