    Remove all cell references?

I have a very simple spreadsheet/flat file database. It is made up of only 5, text only columns with no formulas whatsoever. There have been many users of this spreadsheet over the past 10 years and it has grown to about 10,000 rows. At least one of these users decided that instead of copying and pasting they would create cell references.

I would like to remove all of the cell references and replace them with the text they currently contain. Is there simple way to do this with find/replace or a built in function that I am unfamiliar with? I would greatly prefer not to use any VBA scripting if possible.

    TIA
