AutoSum based on Color

I would to like to AutoSum a group of rows depending on the color (yellow) or Serial No. I have attached the Excel Workbook that illustrates what I wish to achieved.

QPM, could you possibly upload a smaller data sample to illustrate your need. I'm sure a few dozen rows with a file size of less than 20 KB would get more people interested.

Sorry, but it is showing a #NAME? or #VALUE! whenever I change the range and the color. It will not automate the result. Is there any other way in doing this with reference to my attachment?

Yes, I did it correctly, I copied your formula and paste with mine and change the range and colors as well. I noticed that there is a Macro on it and works perfectly. I decided to use and run the Macro however, I want the result to be placed in each row where there was a serial number in Column A say 4 or whatever. How can I do this?
