Excel formats for ELAPSED years months days

Given two dates, I want to subtract them to get elapsed years and months and dates.

I want the answer formatted as:

Years Months Days (rather than fractions of a year)

The attached workbook has a simple example of what I want.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
