The use of AI tools (e.g. chatGPT, BARD, GPT4 etc) to create forum answers is not permitted. If a user is believed to have used such tools to provide a forum answer, sanctions may be imposed.
HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:Unregistered, Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. For a new thread (1st post), scroll to Manage Attachments, otherwise scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

filtering numbers?

Hello
I've been trying to find a formula that I need but am unable to. Can anyone help?

There are two columns A & B. In A there is a sum of positive & negative numbers. B contains an average of positive numbers, present value 20. In a 3rd column I need a formula based on column A that includes all numbers that are the average result of colomn B or lower but excludes ones higher than the column B result.

The manually worked out answer should be 16.60.

Any ideas.
