    Extending a named range

    Hi everyone,

I've got a drop down list for various merchant areas. It generates this list using data validation to only allow values from a defined named range it has become nessessary to add additional merchant areas to the list now and then, and I can't seem to figure out how this is done!

If anyone could describe this (probably stupidly simple) process for excel 2003 and 2007 I'd be most grateful!

Preferably something that doesn't involve macros or VBA as I'm no longer the owner of the spreadsheet and just need a quick easy method of doing this for the new owners.

Use Dynamic Ranges as the source for the Validation - a tutorial to this process is available via the link in my signature.
