    Proportionate weightings

Well this has stumped an alleged math major, and I can't find anything on Google to help me so I really hope you guys and girls are good!

I'm trying to create a scorecard and have the weightings increase/decrease proportionately to the amount of time that a person might spend "taking calls (inbound)" versus "making calls (outbound)"

On the attached spreadsheet, I just need PROPER formulas (mine are completely wrong) in cells C7 through C10 (green borders). These formulas would need to look to the number of hours specified in cells B15 and B16 (red borders).

The weights in B3:B10 are correct for someone who spends an equal amount of time in inbound and outbound.

As someone spends more time in inbound, C10 must increase and B7:B10 must decrease proportionately.

The total of cells C3 through C10 must always equal 100.

    Help!!!

    Re: Proportionate weightings

    I used the formula ax^2+bx+c=y.

    a100^2+b100=44
    a50^+b50=32

    (since there is a point (0,0), c=0)
solve for a and b. Then repeat for the Inbound side.
