To keep things consistant, set it up like the ones below it with the linked cell being A35 (I'm assuming you set up the other ones). Then modify your formulas in C43:O45 like soDoes that work for you?
=IF(OR($A$35,$A$36),C36,"")

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
