Help Turning Mass of Data into Readable Format

Hi All,

Hope everyone is refreshed after the weekend as I am in need of some assistance.

I have a sheet with a lot of dates along the top row with data below. I need to be able to display this data in a more useable format (like a pivot table) but cannot seem to do it.

I have attached an example workbook.

What I would like to do is display the figure per resource per month broken down by product. It should be relatively obvious when opening the wb.

If anyone can help or point me onto the right track it would be much appreciated.

Note: This does have alot of 0's at the moment but these will change over time.
