how to shift all to the right

Hello. If I'm at the left top corner of a table (but in the second column of the table), how do I select shift select the table to the bottom right?

Not sure I completely understand the request....but

When a range is selected...Pressing CTRL+. <--that's a period
moves the active cell to successive corners of the selection (clockwise)

Is that something you can work with?
